Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
1. Defective Item Received/ Incorrect Item Received
In the rare case where you have received an incorrect/defective item, kindly email us here
with the following details within 10 days of delivery:
Pictures clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
In the event of errors made, please return the package to us with everything intact with the
pre-paid envelope that we’ve provided. Upon receiving the package, we will then proceed to:
Send you the ordered item for replacement or,
If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund of your purchases will be made accordingly to you.
We will get back to you within 2 working days.
2. Size Exchanges
This exchange option is valid for regular-priced items only (without the use of any promotional codes/discounts/on sale etc).
An exchange will be facilitated if stocks are available. Requests to change to another design/colour will not be allowed. All shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer. Please email us here with the subject header "Size Exchange - Your Order ID" specifying the size that you want to exchange to. Please wait for further instructions before mailing the package back to us.
TERMS OF EXCHANGES
1. Please notify us via email about your request for exchange before mailing any package back to us.
We must be notified of any exchange request within 7 days from the Order Date. If your exchange request is approved, please return the item back to us within the next 3 working days. Requests for exchange thereafter will not be entertained.
2. Exchanges will be handled strictly by mail only.
3. Any item must be returned in original condition.
In our terms, an item in original condition should have its tag intact, unworn/unwashed without any manmade stains/perfume stains or scents/deliberate damage etc.
Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer (delivery fees applicable). We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
4. Any exchange will be one-time and will not be applicable for a second exchange.
5. If any replacement piece is out of stock at the point of receipt, refund and subsidized postage fees will be issued.
There will be strictly no refunds/ exchanges/ returns for:
1. Apparel purchased in the wrong colour/ material/ texture
2. Difference in Colour
Due to different monitor settings, colour of apparel may differ. As such, the variance in colour is not classified as a defect.
3. Deliberate Damage
Deliberate damage is done to the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.
(e.g. Pen marks, pencil markings, coffee stains, food stains, perfume stains, creating a hole deliberately, removing a button etc)
4. Personal Preferences
Personal dislikes of certain colours, material, floral placement etc, differences in personal interpretation of the products etc.
6. Variances in Printed/Dyes Apparels
For printed/dyed apparels (E.g. floral prints/denim/crochet/lace), do note that there may be slight variance due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will be rejected.
